How Sports Stadiums are Changing the Waste Game

Our Executive Director, Paula Del Giudice, recently delivered a TEDx talk on how sports stadiums are leading the way toward Zero Waste. The talk was organized by the Sustainability Ambassadors, an organization that aims to “empower youth to catalyze community sustainability.”

In front of an audience of middle and high school students, DelGiudice described how stadiums like Seattle’s Safeco Field, which functions as a mini-city, are changing how millions of Americans handle their waste.
