The event includes a keynote speech by Bob Perciasepe and a facility tour of one of the greenest sports stadiums in the country, next door Safeco Field!

Transportation / Parking

The Silver Cloud, Seattle Stadium is conveniently located next to one of Seattle’s main public transport hubs, King St. Station, which services the Link-Light Rail and buses from the north and south. Because taking public transport is environmentally friendly, economical, and fun, we hope that many of you will be able to do so. Additional transport details are below:

Parking

  • Daily Parking: You can reserve a parking spot for each day you spend at the Regional Roundtable. The cost is $15 per day and must be paid in advance with registration. Once you pay for your daily parking, you will receive a voucher from PPRC that you will present to the valet desk.
  • Overnight Parking: Overnight guests will pay $26 plus 22% tax for parking directly to the hotel when they check in.

Driving

From I-5:

  • Take exit 164B and follow the Safeco Field signage to the hotel
  • Turn right onto 1st Ave South
  • Hotel is just past the intersection of 1st Ave South & Royal Brougham
  • The hotel is on your right hand side.

From I-405:

  • Take I-90 West bound
  • Take the 4th Avenue Exit and stay in the far right hand lane
  • Turn right onto 4th Avenue
  • Go through the intersection of 4th Avenue and Royal Brougham and up the next ramp
  • At the top of the ramp, turn right onto Edgar Martinez/South Atlantic Street
  • Turn right onto 1st Ave South
  • Hotel is just past the intersection of 1st Ave South & Royal Brougham
  • The hotel is on your right hand side.

From I-90:

  • Take I-90 West bound
  • Take the 4th Avenue Exit and stay in the far right hand lane
  • Turn right onto 4th Avenue
  • Go through the intersection of 4th Avenue and Royal Brougham and up the next ramp
  • At the top of the ramp, turn right onto Edgar Martinez/South Atlantic Street
  • Turn right onto 1st Ave South
  • Hotel is just past the intersection of 1st Ave South & Royal Brougham

Public Transport

From the South

  • Link-Light Rail runs two lines: one between Sea-Tac Airport to Westlake Center, and one between Tacoma and Seattle (the Tacoma-Link ). “The Stadium” stop is less than a half mile from the hotel, but the walk is a bit tricky. walking directions from Light Rail to Silver Cloud StadiumThe easiest option is to take the Silver Cloud Shuttle, which runs to and from the light rail stop every thirty minutes. Look for a white van with the Silver Cloud logo. Also, feel free to call the hotel and request a shuttle (206 204 9800). If you feel like having a walking adventure, we’ve included a suggested walking map to the right. The key is to find the looping Pedestrian Bridge at Royal Brougham and 4th Ave.
  • ST Express Buses run from multiple locations south to Seattle.
  • The Sounder Train runs between Everett and Lakewood.

From the North

We are proud to host this year’s Roundtable at the Silver Cloud, Seattle Stadium. The hotel sits in the historic Pioneer Square district next to two model stadiums for sports franchises trying to decrease their environmental footprints. The hotel is also a short walk away from the Port and the city’s bustling industrial district.

  • Early Bird rates (for October 26, 27, and 28) are: $135/night for a King; $145/night for two queens. This special rate expires on September 25. Afterwards, bookings are subject to room availability and normal pricing.
