Sustainable Craft Brewing Workshop – Portland, March 20

March 13, 2014

Portland has more microbreweries than any other city on the planet. How can we make this burgeoning industry a greener one? How are other Northwestern breweries leading the way in reducing their pollution while saving money in the process?

To find out, join PPRC, the Craft Brew Alliance, and the Energy Trust of Oregon for a workshop on sustainable brewing at Widmer Brothers Brewery in Portland, OR on March 20. The workshop will showcase the unique partnerships, techniques, and technology that Northwest breweries are employing to save water, waste, energy, and money. Please join us to see what other breweries are doing, connect with local technical assistance experts, and to share your unique questions and ideas. Who knows what solutions might ferment?
