People and Projects
One of PPRC's main goals is to connect Northwest businesses and government representatives to useful pollution prevention information resources and contacts.
Northwest P2 Programs
The Northwest P2 Programs directory contains information about agencies and programs with expertise in pollution prevention, energy efficiency, process efficiency and sustainable practices. Some provide technical assistance and training, others do research or perform a specialized service. All are located in the Northwest (Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington).
Research Projects
Although PPRC is no longer adding new information to the Research Projects Database, it includes summaries of hundreds of P2 research projects conducted by dozens of organizations. It can be a useful place to learn about past projects and to see what types of research have been conducted.
Mercury Reduction Projects Database
The Mercury Reduction Projects Database is a service provided by one of PPRC's partners. Users can search to find out what mercury reduction programs are taking place nationally, or add information about new mercury reduction projects.
By-Product Synergy Northwest
The By-Product Synergy Northwest's mission is to identify and implement by-product synergies where the waste product of one becomes the feed stock for another, resulting in measurable business and environmental benefits.
