Fundamentals of FOG Abatement Webinar on Jan 21December 29, 2015
Unmanaged FOG (fats, oils, and grease) can cause a lot of problems – from damage to food service establishments to unnecessary municipal costs to sewer overflows. What does good FOG management look like?
On January 21 (11 a.m. PST) join the Western States Alliance (WSA) for a webinar that will help attendees understand the true impacts of FOG on building sewers and Publicly-Owned Treatment Works. The webinar will discuss the elements of an effective pretreatment and inspection program.
The webinar is intended for pretreatment program managers as well as any other stakeholders (like restaurant managers or owners) who may be interested in how to best manage FOG. Register here.
The Western States Alliance is a PPRC program that helps protect our environment by working with stakeholders to develop and use best practices in managing the fats, oils, and grease (FOG) that, if not managed correctly, can cause costly clogs and backups while damaging infrastructure.
